Apache Reports Forties Resuming Production After BP Plant Outage Shuts in Pipeline HOUSTON, June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apache Corporation (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) announced today it is bringing the company's Forties Field back on production after a BP plant outage on June 20 caused BP's Forties Pipeline System to shut down for approximately 41 hours. The pipeline transports oil from Forties and a number of other fields in the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea.
